Kitesurfschoolbest was founded by Karim Chioua and taken over in 2023 by Sil and Franka, a couple from Scheveningen with a passion for all watersports. In recent years, both Sil and Franka have competed at the highest level. Sil in Olympic windsurfing and Franka is Dutch Champion wave-kitesurfing. In 2018 Sil was invited to train in the team of Dorian van Rijselberghe (two-time Olympic Champion) and Kiran Badloe (single Olympic Champion). Till the Games in Tokyo he participated in the team as a trainingspartner in windsurfing.

Wingfoiling, surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing and tow-foiling Sil and Franka do it all. From the bigger waves to the smallest swell and the strongest winds. For them it's all about being in the water and having fun!

At Kitesurfschoolbest the lessons are given under the IKO-certificate. This makes the lessons responsible and professional. In addition, the lessons are given in one of the safest places in the Netherlands, Oostvoorne and the Zandmotor in South Holland. The couple's many years of water sports experience ensures that a course at Kitesurfschoolbest is an unforgettable adventure for everyone!
